Survey published by the Agency for European integration and cooperation with associations, shows that Belgrade entertainment and nightlife for which is well known, make it the European metropolis, a main feature of the capital European and friendly attitude of its inhabitants. The London “Daily Telegraph” published a report from Belgrade in 2010 in which the Serbian capital is placed in the top of the world when it comes to nightlife.

1. day Belgrade:

Departure for St. Peter’s Church – St. Peter’s Church in Rasa near Novi Pazar represents the oldes monument of church architecture in Serbia and it served as the ecclessiastical seat of the Serbian church, and as the baptismal church and state council site of the Nemanjić dynasty, until the last years of the 12th century. Early breakfast. Check out of the hotel and transfer to the Belgrade port at 07:30. Ship „Aquastar Maxim“ departure at 08:00. The cruise starts at the Belgrade Fortress and takes us towards Kladovo. We go by the Smederevo Fortress, then the confluence of rivers Morava and Danube, medieval Ram Fortress in the widest part of Danube in Serbia. The cruise continues by the Silver Lake and the city Veliko Gradište. As we go by the Golubac Fortress, we enter the area of National Park „Đerdap“, also known as the „Iron Gate“. We arrive in the city of Donji Milanovac after 7.5 hours of cruise. We get off the ship and go to visit the archeologica site „Lepenski Vir“, one of the oldest urban areas in Europe and Worldwide. Afterwards, we continue our trip by a bus to the city of Kladovo. Accommodation in hotel „Aquastar Danube“. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 4 – Kladovo – Đerdap – Tabula Traiana – Decebal – „Kazan“ canyon – Donji Milanovac – Belgrade (515 km):

Early breakfast. Check out of the hotel and transfer to Donji Milanovac. Embarkation on the ship at 08:00 in Donji Milanovac Port. Cruise through the biggest lock in Europe. The cruise goes through the „Kazan“ canyon, towards the face of Decebalus, the last King of Dacia, carved in stone and continues towards „Trajan’s Table” (Tabula Traiana) where Roman Emperor Traian imprinted his mark on a rock and „Đerdap“ canyon. We get off the ship at 12:00 and go to lunch with wine degustation in a traditional restaurant in „Rajačke Pivnice“. After lunch we continue our trip by a bus towards Belgrade. Start the journey to Kruja, the capital of the first autonomous Albanian state in the middle ages, which became well known for the father of Albanian nation, the famous hero – Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeg. Visiting the fortress of Kruja with its breath-taking view, museum dedicated to Skenderbeg and old bazaar with many handcraft shops. Lunch in restaurant in Kruja and continue the journey to Shkodra, beautiful city in Northern Albania. In Shkodra, first thing to visit is Rosafa castle with small museum inside it. There is a legend connected to this fortress which all the Balkan nations know well. Listening to the legend and enjoying the view from the castle to three rivers surrounding Shkodra  ( River Buna, Drin and Kiri) and Shkodra lake will stay in your memory forever. Going back to Durres dinner and overnight.

 Day 3                     Durres – Apollonia – Berat – Durres (96km + 69km + 92km)

Breakfast. Drive to Apollonia, one of the two most important ancient Ilyrians colonial settlements in present day in Albania, situated 12 km away from city of Fier. According to archaeological investigations for 100 years Greek and Illyrian have lived in separate communities here. Under the Roman Empire, Apollonia remained a prosperous center till strong earthquake in 3rd century AC happen. Continue of the journey to Berat, also the ancient city in the heart of Albania well known for its fortress and many orthodox churches from the middle ages.  The old neighborhood in the heart of Berat, called Mangalemi, was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Breakfast. Continue of the journey to Theth, an area of outstanding natural beauty, finding its place on 1800 m above sea level. The population of Theth moved there 300 to 350 years ago in order to preserve their (Catholic) Christian traditions. Accommodation in private houses so the visitors could have the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of this place. Lunch. After the lunch break , going for a walking tour and visit to the Lock-in tower that served as a shelter to those who were hiding from blood feud, spectacular Grunas waterfalls and Theth river of emerald green color, a working watermill (still used to grind the local inhabitants’ corn) and a modest ethnographic museum. Theth became a national park in extreme Northern Albania declared by government decree in 1966. In the evening hours, a traditional cuisine dinner will be organized. Overnight.

Day 2 Belgrade – Smederevo – Ram – Veliko Gradište – Golubac – Donji Milanovac – Lepenski Vir – Kladovo (250 km)
Early breakfast. Check out of the hotel and transfer to the Belgrade port at 07:30. Ship „Aquastar Maxim“ departure at 08:00. The cruise starts at the Belgrade Fortress and takes us towards Kladovo. We go by the Smederevo Fortress, then the confluence of rivers Morava and Danube, medieval Ram Fortress in the widest part of Danube in Serbia. The cruise continues by the Silver Lake and the city Veliko Gradište. As we go by the Golubac Fortress, we enter the area of National Park „Đerdap“, also known as the „Iron Gate“. We arrive in the city of Donji Milanovac after 7.5 hours of cruise. We get off the ship and go to visit the archeologica site „Lepenski Vir“, one of the oldest urban areas in Europe and Worldwide. Early breakfast. Check out of the hotel and transfer to Donji Milanovac. Embarkation on the ship at 08:00 in Donji Milanovac Port. Cruise through the biggest lock in Europe. The cruise goes through the „Kazan“ canyon, towards the face of Decebalus, the last King of Dacia, carved in stone and continues towards „Trajan’s Table” (Tabula Traiana) where Roman Emperor Traian imprinted his mark on a rock and „Đerdap“ canyon.
