Day 1 … – Budapest
Arrival in Budapest. Pick up of the group at the airport. Check in at the hotel. In the afternoon we take a short walking tour through the city center. Dinner in hotel. Overnight.

Day 2 Budapest
Breakfast. Budapest sightseeing: Heroes Square, Vaci Street, Andrassy Avenue, St. Istvan (Stephan) Basilica, House of Parliament, Fishermans Bastion, Gellert Hill, Citadel… Lunch in Budim in a national restaurant. Free afternoon. In the evening lunch in a traditional Hungarian restaurant. Overnight.

Day 3 Budapest – Belgrade (400 km)
Breakfast. Departure for Belgrade. On the road to Belgrade, we take a short stop to see Palić Lake, and we continue to the city of Novi Sad (www.novisad.rs): Petrovaradin fortress, The Freedom Square…. After Novi Sad, we go to lunch on a „salaš” (a type of farm typical for this part of Serbia). After lunch, we continue to Belgrade. Arrival in Belgrade and accommodation in hotel in the afternoon. We take a short walking tour around the city center: Terazije street, “Knez Mihailova” Street, Republic Square, Cathedral, Princess Ljubica’s Residence, Ethnographic museum, Students’ Square, National museum, National theatre… Dinner in the hotel. Overnight.


Day 4 Belgrade
Breakfast. Belgrade sightseeing: (www.beograd.rs): Kalemegdan fortress, St. Sava Church, City Hall, Kneza Milosa street, Boulevard of Peace, White Hall, Memorial Center Josip Broz Tito, Mount Avala and an “Unknown Hero” monument… Continuation of the tour in Zemun, the old part of the city across the river. Zemun is really distinguished by its tradition:
fortification on Gardos that has been mentioned as early as in the 9th century. The St. Father Nicolaj Church – the oldest orthodox church in Belgrade. Lunch in a restaurant in Zemun, on the shores of river Danube. Return to the hotel. In the evening we go to Skadarlija street – bohemian quarter in the very center of Belgrade, for supper. Skadarlija, a cobble-paved street, dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, was famous for being a
favorite meeting place of well known Belgrade bohemians, poets, painters, actors from the nearby theater, as well as of many lovers of good alcoholic drinks, socializing and spoken word with friends. Over all these years of progress and modernization of the city and society
Skadarlija has managed to preserve the spirit of old times and just because of that has become a favorite site to citizens of Belgrade and many tourists. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 5 Belgrade – Oplenac – Kragujevac – Knić – Zlatibor (250 km)
Breakfast. A tour around the old city center in Topola: Mausoleum of Serbian royal family at Oplenac (www.topolaoplenac.org.rs). Continuation of the trip to Kragujevac. A tour around the city: „Sumarice“ Memorial Park, dedicated to the 3000 citizens of Kragujevac shot by the Nazi Germany soldiers during World War II. After Kragujevac, we go to lunch in a traditional Serbian house in a nearby village of Knic. After lunch, we continue our trip to Zlatibor. First, we take a short tour around „Sirogojno“ – village/museum that demonstrates the architecture, decoration, economic activities and life in the Zlatibor Mountain. Accommodation in hotel. Free afternoon. Dinner. Overnight.


Day 6 Zlatibor – Šarganska osmica – Mećavnik – Višegrad – Sarajevo (180 km)
Breakfast. Departure for Šargan – Mokra gora, natural landscape. A tour around the famous railway called „Šarganska osmica“ („Šargan eight“) as well as Drvengrad on Mećavnik („Wooden City“) – build after the idea of famous film director Emir Kusturica. We continue our trip to Višegrad. City tour: Old bridge on the river Drina, famous ”Ćuprija na Drini” and a
monument to Ivo Andrić (nobel prize winner in literature) „Andrić Town“, also built by Emir Kusturica and the Government of Republic of Srpska. Lunch. Continuation of the trip to
Sarajevo. Accommodation in hotel. Sarajevo, for its six centuries long history situated at the crossroads of western and eastern, northern and southern cultures, is continually culturally
growing and blossoming (www.sarajevo-tourism.com). A walk around the old city center and a dinner at „Baščaršija“. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 7 Sarajevo – Mostar – Trebinje (245 km)
Breakfast. Sarajevo sightseeing: Bascarsija, Coppersmith’s street, Bey mosque, Town Hall, Spring of the Bosna River… Departure for the city of Mostar (www.turizam.mostar.ba/‎ ). City tour: buildings dating back to Ottoman rule (15th – 19th century): Old Bridge, Kalebija Tower, Hercegusa Tower, Sahat Tower (Clock Tower), Crooked Bridge – one of the oldest preserved monuments from the Ottoman period, built before 1558 and according to oral history the Old Bridge was built as a copy of the small bridge. Coppersmith’s street – old Mostar’s “carsija” (“çarşı” in Turkish means “bazaar” or “market”) is located on the left side of the Neretvariver with its workshops and souvenir shops. Lunch in Mostar. We continue our trip to Trebinje. Accommodation in hotel. Dinner. Overnight.


Day 8 Trebinje – Kotor – St. Stefan – Budva (105 km)
Breakfast. Trebinje sightseeing: „Arslanagić“ Bridge from 16th century, river Trebišnjica, monastery Tvrdoš from 16th century, walking tour throught the old city center where we visit Clock Tower, Church New Gračanica, City walls, „Square of the Poet“ (famous Serbian poet Jovan Dučić), with over 100 years old trees, symbol of the city, as well as statues of Helen of Anjou, Petar II Petrović Njegoš… We continue our trip to Kotor (www.tokotor.me/). Situated in one of the most beautiful bays in the world, Kotor, a town of merchants and famous seafarers has a lot to tell. The old town Kotor is the best preserved medieval urban setting typical of towns established in the 12th and 14th century. Thanks to its medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage, Kotor found its place on the UNESCO’s list of “World Natural and Cultural Heritage”. On one of them, there is also. Sightseeing: The St. Tryphon’s Cathedral, a monument to Roman culture and one of the recognizable symbols of the town The St. Lucas’s church, The Santa Anna church, The St. Mary’s Church, The Church of Our Lady of Health, Duke’s Palace. Napoleon Theatre…Lunch in Kotor.
Continuation of the trip to Budva. We go to St. Stefan – an island nearby Budva connected to the mainland via causeway. Accommodation in hotel in Budva. Dinner. Overnight.


Day 9 Budva – Lovćen – Cetinje – Budva (105 km)
Breakfast. Excursion to the Lovćen Mountain and the city of Cetinje. A tour around the National Park in the Lovćen Mountain. We continue to Cetinje, a historical royal town and the second most important town of Montenegro. Due to its rich heritage and its long status of the capital of Montenegro, Cetinje is nowadays an honorary capital of Montenegro. Cetinje sightseeing: The Historical Museum of Montenegro, The Ethnographic Museum of Montenegro, The King Nicola’s Court and the Njegos’s Museum… Lunch break. In the afternoon we return to the hotel in Budva. Dinner. Overnight.

Day 10 Budva – Dubrovnik – Split (330 km)
Breakfast. Departure for Dubrovnik – unique in the World for its impressive medieval fortresses, churches, monasteries, often referred to as ana Adriatic pearl. Its old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sightseeing: Sponza Palace, Monument to Orlando, Lovrenac, Stradun… Lunch in Dubrovnik. After lunch, we continue to Split. Another city on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites since 1979. We visit Diocletian’s Palace, built in the 3rd century, long before the city even existed. Accommodation in hotel in Split or nearby. Dinner. Overnight.


Day 11 Split – Trogir – Plitvice – Zagreb (400 km)
Breakfast. Departure for Trogir. Sightseeing: St. Lovre’s Cathedral, Kamerlengo fortress, St. Nicholas’ Monastery, old city center…After Trogir we continue to Plitvice Lakes National Park, (www.np-plitvicka-jezera.hr/). A unique hydrographic phenomenon. PlitviceLakes are also on UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. Lunch. After lunch, we continue to the city of Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. Accommodation in hotel. Free evening. Dinner. Overnight.

Day 12 Zagreb
Breakfast. Zagreb sightseeing: St. Mark’s Square and St. Mark’s Church, BanskiDvori (Ban’s Court) – baroque palace currently official building of the Croatian Government, Katarina’s Square, Dverce Palace and Lotrščak Tower, Cathedral, and the old city center – Ban Jelačić Square and the longest street in Zagreb. We continue to Zagorje, an area nearby Zagreb and visit the Trakošćan fortress. Lunch. After lunch, we return to the hotel in Zagreb. Free afternoon and evening. Dinner. Overnight.


Day 13 Zagreb – Graz – Vienna (385 km)
Breakfast. Departure for Vienna. On the way to Vienna, we stop to visit the city of Graz (Cathedral of Graz, Mausoleum, Schlossber, Eggenberg Palace, Burg and Double Spiral Staircase…). Lunch break. After lunch, we continue to Vienna. Arrival in Vienna and check in at the hotel in the afternoon. After a short rest, we take a short walking tour through the city center. Dinner in the hotel. Overnight.


Day 14 Vienna
Breakfast. Vienna sightseeing: Anchor Clock, National Theatre, Belvedere Palace, Hofburg, Prater, Schoenbrunn Palace…. Free afternoon. Dinner in hotel. Overnight.

Breakfast. Free time until transfer to the airport.
